Description: This project proposes the creation of a maintenance module, incorporating a new type of specific process for managing facility maintenance. The objective is to have a flow adapted to real maintenance needs, different from sales or installation processes, and focused on monitoring over time. This new type of process will include maintenance elements, such as the planning of revisions, the recording of interventions, the control of incidents and the technical history of each installation, allowing for a more structured, recurring and traceable management. What the product is trying to solve: Wattwin integrates this functionality so that the user can: ✔️ Manage the maintenance of PV and aerothermic installations with specific and adapted processes. ✔️ Plan and follow up on periodic reviews and preventive maintenance. ✔️ Record interventions, incidents and corrective actions in a centralized way. ✔️ Maintain a complete technical history of each installation throughout its useful life.
