This improvement proposes to enable a note system that allows creating a communication channel between the team and the end customer through the customer portal. The idea is that, from the internal process, the team can mark certain notes as public to be displayed on the customer portal. In the same way, the customer can add their own notes from the portal, which are registered as part of the corresponding process in Wattwin.
This functionality seeks to establish centralized, clear and traceable communication between both parties, avoiding dependence on external channels such as emails or calls.
